We were recently hit by a hail storm that caused us to have to replace our roof. Lousberg roofing was recommended to us by our State Farm agent, and Pam Lousberg came out to meet with us. The whole journey with her company could not have been better! From start to finish I would give them an "A". We have a very large roof, and they had it done in 2 days! After the recent hail storms our roof was damaged. My Dad, Grandpa and Uncle all used Lousberg Roofing a few years ago. Pam came right out and has dealt with the insurance company. Pam and Jose returned all my calls or emails promptly. My roof took two days, but we had 17 sheets of plywood that also needed to be replaced and we have two out buildings. Pam Lousberg, the owner, is a concerned and caring business owner. When she came by to give an estimate, she was easy to talk to and ask questions of. Let's just say she is the opposite of a pushy salesman, and she obviously knows her trade. Pam has an eye for detail, and she even gave us a free upgrade to an impact resistant shingle. Her friendly team worked hard for us, and her assistant, Jose, was polite and helpful.
When her team arrived, they placed tarps around the ground nearest the house to catch any falling debris. Also before they left, they went over the ground with a magnet, by hand, and swept the driveway three times. Pam gave us a list of items to move away from the house outside and what to move on the inside to protect our belongings from damage.

I can't say enough about the quality of Lousberg's service. Everything happened exactly the way Pam and Jose said it would. All the interaction was courteous and focused on getting the job done well. (A storm damaged all the roofing in our neighborhood. Some homeowners were less lucky in their choice of roofers.)
