As a general contractor, we are responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the project, manage all vendors and trades, and serve as the main line of communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of the project. The costs associated with hiring Lousberg Roofing & Exteriors as your General Contractor is the standard rate of 10% overhead and 10% profit of the completed job with a minimum fee of $1500 per job. Lousberg Roofing & Exteriors carries liability and workman’s comp insurance as a backup to all of our subcontractors.
