COMMERCIAL ROOFING

100% WOMAN OWNED

LOCALLY OWNED  |  LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY  |  A+ BBB RATING

Flat roofs, although simple in appearance, can be a challenge in design. The type of material used, local codes, and products and systems to fit your project all vary tremendously.
EPDM

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a synthetic rubber single ply membrane that is one of the most durable roofing products on the market today. Fully adhered or mechanically attached EPDM single ply systems come in either black or white and are extremely flexible, have a high UV resistance and will not split crack or puncture due to extreme weather conditions.

TPO

TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) is also a single ply membrane that can be installed as fully adhered or mechanically attached. TPO is also a practical solution for a reasonably priced roofing project, but don’t let that fool you. TPO membranes are durable flexible and resists damage from puncture, tear and high impact. TPO has many colors available and can also be purchased in white which is highly reflective and considered a “cool” or “green” roof that is rated by the US Department of Energy to meet or exceed its energy efficiency standards for commercial, environmentally friendly roof systems. This helps reduce the Urban Heat Island Effect.

Standing Seam

Standing Seam Metal roofs have high durability, longevity, high fire rating and are sure not to disappoint.  With raised seams, all fasteners are concealed, lessening chances of leaks that corrugated exposed screw assemblies are prone to in our climate. The metal panels can be made from a variety of different choices of colors, profiles and gauges. Two choices of fastening systems are available when installing this type of roof: field-locked or snap-lock. While metal roofs are more expensive to have installed on your property, a thicker grade of metals and alloys makes Standing Seam Metal a great option to protect your investment.

Asphalt Shingles

Asphalt shingles have proven, throughout the years, to be a durable product for sloped roofs. With technology always advancing in the roofing industry, there are multiple options depending on your needs. Fiberglass asphalt shingles are the standard for most homes in Colorado and offer a variety of colors and styles from architectural laminates to bold triple laminates with the option of shake look and architectural laminate. If hail protection is what you are looking for, SBS modified asphalt shingles are the new standard in hail impact resistance. With the look of the standard asphalt shingles, SBS modified asphalt shingle are made from a Polymer Modified Asphalt that gives them greater flexibility, durability and an increased impact resistance.
